The current Australian Government Privacy Act concerning the protection of the privacy of individuals, organisation or any association with Awards Australia programs will be considered at all times.

The availability of information on applicants entering into Awards Australia programs will be determined prior to any information release. This will be based on the level of public interest by the supporting media or outlets requesting such information.

All applicant submissions for the programs are received with the expectation that permission is granted to Awards Australia to release such information based on these conditions.
All submitted nominations and supporting material remain the property of Awards Australia and will not be returned. Entrants must agree to any local, state or national marketing and media publicity associated with the awards.

As Awards Australia have government supporters and sponsors involved in various programs we suggest that you refer to the Australian Government Privacy Act which can be displayed at www.privacy.gov.au/publications for these conditions.
